Vicky Berg is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, specializing in retail properties, commercial land, business acquisitions, and income‑producing real estate across the Greater Vancouver Area.

Vicky works in collaboration with a team of experienced commercial real estate professionals and specialized advisors, whose combined experience includes more than 500 completed transactions and over 20 years in the industry. This collaborative approach allows her clients to benefit from deep market knowledge, specialized expertise, and strong strategic guidance across multiple asset classes.

Together with this team, Vicky assists clients with opportunities in retail properties, commercial land, flex‑use spaces, mixed‑use developments, multi‑family investments, and business acquisitions.

Vicky herself brings a strong academic foundation in working with information, data analysis, and social dynamics. She holds a degree in Information Science (Business Informatics) with additional academic training in Sociology, which supports her analytical approach to market research, location strategy, and investment evaluation.

Before entering commercial real estate in Canada, Vicky gained international experience in building, managing, and operating businesses across multiple countries, including Canada. This entrepreneurial background allows her to understand the real challenges business owners and investors face when making decisions about location, operations, and growth.

Her experience in business management, combined with her analytical education and collaborative team structure, allows her to approach real estate not simply as transactions, but as long‑term strategic decisions that support business success and investment performance.
